The Challenge
The primary design objectives focus on increasing time on site and ensuring that the new rebrand is reflected beautifully across the site. The design should emphasize the area's unique selling points - access to water, and its scenic landscapes ideal for outdoor recreation. The website should have a captivating, classy, and vibrant feel while being welcoming and forward-thinking.

The Solution
Louisiana is my home state, and St. Tammany Parish is where I grew up, so I was excited to design a website that reflects my roots. The client had recently undergone a rebrand, and I was able to integrate their new icons and patterns into the design. To highlight the area’s proximity to water, I used a wave shape in the hero section. I subtly included portions of the patterns throughout the site, ensuring they enhanced the design without overwhelming it. My strategy was to blend a friendly, approachable, fun feel with the icons and patterns, and classy vibe with IvyOra and Noto Sans, creating a balanced and inviting user experience.
